Affiliate Disclosure

Last updated 2026-05-28

Travel Vient is reader-supported. Some of the outbound links on this site are affiliate links, which means we earn a small commission if you book or purchase through them, at no additional cost to you. Affiliate commissions help fund the research, tool development, and weekly fact verification that goes into the content.

Programs we participate in

  • Travelpayouts: aggregator covering Booking.com, Skyscanner, Kiwi, and GetYourGuide. Used for hotel, flight, and tour-and-activity links.
  • Stay22: accommodation link rewriter that automatically converts links to Booking.com, Vrbo, Expedia, and Hotels.com into tracked redirects.
  • SafetyWing: travel insurance ambassador links on destination, flight, and compensation pages.

How we keep rankings independent

Every product or service ranking on Travel Vient is determined by independent research against published data sources, hands-on testing where applicable, and cross-checks against third-party reviews. We never rank, recommend, or promote a product because of its commission rate. Higher-paying programs are not given preferential placement.

Where a Travel Vient project (for example, Roamly) appears alongside competitors, we disclose the relationship explicitly in the prose, do not inflate the rating, and treat the weaknesses as honestly as we would a competitor's.

How affiliate links are marked

All affiliate links carry the rel="sponsored nofollow" attribute per Google's link attribution guidance. Many pages also display an inline disclosure at the top of any affiliate-heavy section. The site-wide footer disclosure applies to every page on travelvient.com.

Questions or concerns

Email [email protected] if you spot an undisclosed affiliate link, a ranking decision that looks commission-driven, or any other issue with how the site presents commercial relationships.
