Yes
Holland America states each guest may bring two pieces of checked luggage plus one overnight or light flight bag, which should stay in the guest's possession at all times. The line does not publish a per-bag weight limit of its own; its baggage page raises 50 lb only as an airline caveat ('Airlines may charge excess baggage fees or fees for bags over 50 pounds, please check with your carrier'). All luggage must fit within the stateroom and be labeled with Holland America luggage tags.
Carry-on essentials
Holland America collects your checked bags at the pier and delivers them to your stateroom over the first several hours aboard, sometimes not until dinnertime. Carry anything you need before then in the bag you keep with you.
